Welcome to Beauty by Katy. In this blog section I will review products and let you know which ones are worth spending the money on and which ones aren't. I will also offer tips about skin care and makeup techniques.

I ask that you forgive me on any spelling or formating issues. I'm still learning this site and it oddly doesn't offer spell check. I will ponder on that later. Anywho, my first blog review will be on a maddening but nearly neccessary piece of makeup- the dreaded mascara. (insert scary Halloween sound here.)
