Mascara can be one of the most frusrating piece of makeup. They calm with all varieties of evil. They flake, they smudge, clump, and mark up your under eye and then all of a sudden become impossible to remove. It is enough to drive a person mad. Is it really to much to ask for a mascara to do what is says it will without all the negative side effects.

After working with so very many brands and their variations I have come to be abel to rate the best and the worst.
